Mental Health Programme

As part of improving the mental health of children in schools and their understanding, the MSC has created a resilience programme, assisted by the NHS and the charity, Mind.

Our resilience course is a six week programme designed to build resilience in young people. It focuses on areas such as friendships, self-esteem, mood and social media. Over 90% of the children who have taken part have improved their resilience levels.

In addition to us working directly with children, we also help schools embed resilience activities in their school curriculums and offer early intervention training on things to look out for that will support children’s mental health.

We want to help create a mental health toolkit across all UK schools that will help change the stigma at an early age. To do this we want to work with as many different organisations as possible within education and beyond to create a positive mental health campaign that will see a lasting change across all our schools.
